The ETP is a continuous professional development programme for teacher to keep upgrading their teaching practice and improving student engagement activities in their classrooms. It involves not only theory but practical learning and demonstrations which will help teachers relate and practice these aspects in their classrooms.
Though the strategies are standardized classroom practices that are used worldwide, but this is an effort to bring them to you in short modules to make them accessible and more relatable for all teachers through this eKal platform.
Some modules are self – paced short videos that bring these strategies to teachers who may access them at their own pace and learn from them. Some are training video recordings that have been uploaded for ease of access and for recap and use for training new teachers towards better understanding of school systems and process.
